Paying Your Rent
Ray White Queanbeyan | Jerrabomberra preferred method of payment for rent is via the DEFT payment system.
The options using this website include;
1. A direct debit method, set up on the DEFT website or call 1300 301 090; and using your allocated Customer DEFT Reference number,
2. BPAY method, using your own banking institution website or phone banking systems with Biller Code: 4481 and your allocated Customer DEFT Reference number;
3. Other options for payment are bank cheque or money order made out to ‘Queanbeyan Property Group Pty Ltd’ posted to 2 Monaro Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620. Attention for Property Management with the property address.
Any water consumption invoices are also to be paid using the DEFT system, however we recommend it is always paid separate to the rental payment.
